Ported Box Help: Need one for 12" Eclipse aluminum

I have a 12" Eclipse 88120 Aluminum sub.

I have it in a 1.0 CUF sealed enclosure.

I would like to buy or make a ported box for it to get some more deep bass.

I couldn't find the MFG specs for a ported design...

Anybody have any suggestions for tuning freq. and internal box volume?

I do not have the specs for that sub but good a good start would be a box with 1.75 to 2.5 cubic ft tuned to 26-32hz. I would call the company or search on the web for exacts. I found a little info.

You don't need a very big box for that woofer. 1.75-2cf@30-35Hz is more than sufficient.
