thinking like two sealed 12" and two ported 12"....

running off separat amps offcourse!!!

Probably nothing exciting would happen. Maybe you might notice a tiny improvement in accuracy on quick bass hits, but for the most part it would just sound like the ported woofers since they would probably be the louder of the two.

The two different setups would have different phase responses and group delays. The result would be muddy, sloppy sounding bass. Don't bother.

sounds terrible. one of my first systems was 2 ported polk 12's and 2 infinity 12's sealed. each by themselves sounded ok. together, bad.
