yeah the port is around 2". it was a first test, i could have done a bigger port, but the lenght would have been a nightmare. So a .35ft3 enclosure without displacements? A 2" round on a high excursion driver (Sa-X8)?... it whistled at high volume... wonder why?
Sounded good though OP...?![]()
hey, i did find a simple form. You can use packing peanuts and stuff then in the boxThen take them out and put them in a square box and measure how much area they take up
bro, i have limited possibilities. If I had unlimited space, it would be different. If you work with me I will get you sounding good. You'll need to throw all that **** away though.

You need to do like a single 12 or something ported. single 12 ported in a PROPER box will be louder than you probably think.
Want to bet? You audio knowledge is not that great. No offense, but truth is truth. I've had one 1200 10 that s h i t t e d on people's 2 15's because people don't know what they are doing. I was 17 pissing people off with my boxes. Now I'm 26, I know A LOT more.bro, i have limited possibilities. If I had unlimited space, it would be different.I don't think 1 198$ 12" ported in a sealed 2.5ft3 box would sound louder than 2 15" sealed.
now I have to do the best with what I have.
i'll try to fit a 5.5" port with the right lenght. i'll also try to seal the best as posible the gap between seats and enclosure to minimize cancelation.
the end result will look like some kind of 4th order, using the rest of the trunk as a sealed enclosure
