I wouldnt even attempt to use that box. The port wall isnt even straight, she just filled the gap with caulk.
Yes, you get what you pay for. BUT, if she is going to go into a business such as this and charge people, the product should at least be fully functional.

It'll "work" with some sealant... the design is basic, its hard to screw something like that up. A crooked port isn't gonna be the end of the world... if it chokes the port, slightly lower tuning, if it opens the port, slightly higher tuning, thats about all.

But on the real, im about ready to build another box, i need a spl box design for my SX 12's, the widest i can go is 34", 14"high, and about 24" deep, im really feeling the single slot box where the subs share the same chamber, or the box thats like in Jordan Tylers avatar, not sure if she built that or not but ive seen that design and want to know how it works.

I think its about time for a thread jack

my point exactly... you don't cry foul after the fact and demand a free box. Its custom work, all that is "required" is you get a box period, and it can be used as intended.

The design is a simply slot port in her avatar, but she has a brace in the center..

x2... thats essentially what would have to be done to get it up to spec.

I've made some whopping mistakes in my day... but you would never know to look at the box, nor was performance effected. If performance was effected, I just built a new box.
