Heres the box for 2 12" woofers and it POUNDS. Hits high notes and low notes very well. Well i just wanted to see what everyone thought of it.

Couple areas where you split the wood but overall looks pretty good. I hope that ports correct, I've only seen them with a divider in the middle. Pre-drill next time with a big enough bit and you'll avoid those splits.

Thanks man its based on a Q-Logic design we saw in Best Buy one day. We looked it up and just rounded off the specs. to make even cuts. Guessed on the port board gaps, and lengths, and where the speakers sit. And well just threw it together, messed up cutting one port board yet it came out GRRRREAT SOUNDING. It sounds so sweet its crazy how much crap we went through and we thought it would sound like **** but it came out AWESOME. All we had was the truck and a saw horse and a DULL skil saw and jigsaw to work with as we always do.

Yeah we didnt have the countersink his g-ma put it somewhere and we couldnt find it. And we got a little close on that one split as you see a little TOO close to the edge..... But it worked out great we pissed off some bees on his garage so we got swarmed by yellow jackets. And we knocked down some old dishes in his g-mas cabinet she wasnt to happy. I have this same box in my car but with no errors and the lines came together flush better than this box.

We used all but one piece about 18X15 or so inches long out of a sheet of MDF. And the ports im not sure on at all we just guestamated and threw it together.

to me it looks like none of the pices are glued togther. and all thats holding the box togther is screws and silicone or what ever you have spread on the inside.

The middle section where the ports come together should be twice as large as the sections that split into each chamber.

So the design is majorly incorrect, but if it sounds good then thats all that matters

Oh well it sounds AWESOME no matter what anyone says. It was a first ported box me and my friend made so piss off.
