polyfilled my boxes

i put polyfill in my boxes and holy shit it made a huge difference, i didnt expect it to, i was just bored and curious but it really did give me more low end sound, has anyone else used polyfill and did it work well?

do you just throw it in the box or what? I need to add some to my box.

Yeah man, you just toss it in there, supposedly your supposed to put about a pound of the stuff for every cubic foot of the enclosure...I put 10oz in my box (sealed 1.25 cubic feet) and that made a cool difference. At first it will seem as if there is no more free space in the box, but I guess because the filling is so light it doesn't really impact the internal volume in a negative way.

but would it not interfere with the voice coil and movement of the actual driver??
