Pole shifted, Need HELP!

I was going to recone these, well the kicker worked find but I found them today and the pole seems to be shifted slightly, can anyone help?

tried but you cant really make anything out from the distance we shot. the only one you could have was my shot because the motor went about 20ft in the air but we didnt vid it, the other shots the motors just exploded
