Yep.. Seller stated he knew of the issue prior to sell but "forgot" to tell you... If it can be modded Id ask for half of cost if it cant be then I would want refund on atleast the messed up one as its worthless as it sits if ever wanted to use as a pair which is why u bought them.

As I am sure most would be....... He bought matching pair but did not get matching pair... Seller needs to refund on the crap sub or if it can be modded to mimic the good one he should then have to pay for that or atleast half the cost.. I mean man bought 2 juggs but ended up with 1 jugg and 1 funky pup id be upset..

How can the seller just "forget" to mention this issue? I would go back to the seller and ask for a refund and if not, file a dispute and use Jacob's statement as professional proof that they are not the same or as described. Thats some serious bs right there if the seller knew and didn't have the courtesy to tell the buyer.

he offered to refund 200 even though I paid 260... so I would have to pay for the original shipping to me even though they were sold as "shipped" and then I would have to pay to ship them back. this is bs, im filing a claim. I cant loose $100 because the seller "forgot" to mention that one of the polepieces was cut.
Yes..that is why I was asking if you could have the other one decked to match...It looked in the pic like the overall deck heights were different but the poles were the same...I really can't tell, and the way the thread has moved I assume both magnet assys are the exact same overall height? Just the 2 poles are diff heights?
