Please help with my setup

Hi, i recently fitted 2 pioneer TS-W307D2 1200W subs in an inphase double box with a Juice JA690 2400W 2 channel amp and a sony gtx-50ui head unit. The left sub in the box is rattling like hell. If i put pressure on the sub it stops it rattling. The amp level is on about half and also the bass boost is about half with low range up full. Iv put a couple of jumpers round the back of the box and its helped quite a lot but still can't get the subs pounding how id like without massive rattling. Any suggestions? Regards

when u say u put pressure on the sub are u talking about the ring/gasket

Turn the low range (low pass) down to about 40. Turn the bass boost completely off. Turn down your gain a tad. Where did you put pressure on the sub?

fyi you might need a new box. how big is the box did u brace the the box. is it a prefab box or homemade do u have any pics.

I put pressure on the outside ring of the sub. No i have done nothing to the box other than put 2 sticky strips along the bottom of the box .

Also id like it bassy as i listen to drum n bass and hardcore music

did all the screws go it to the wood?

Yes they are all in securley, well pretty sure of it. Also my Dad used a multimeter to test + and - so that should be wired up properly

also istead of puting presure on the sub/ring put the presure on the box that way u will see if its the sub thats loose or the box . do u get it

i had a problem like this a few years ago i had to remount the sub 3 times before i relised that when i put presure on the sub i was also puting presure on the box at the same time ..

So if the sub is in securley but the rattling is stopped with pressure on the box, what could i do?

Is it ok to disconnect 1 sub from the amp and just have 1 sub running off 1 channel? I heard maybe you have to have all channels connected to something
