Player problem

My cd player has been working fine, but two days ago starting acting up. Everytime i put a cd in it either only goes half way in and stops or it ejects as soon as it gets in. ITs a dual XDVD710. It came with the car so i kept it in there just wondering if there is a way to fix it or is it time to replace it?
