If you're dead set on a CD changer, I'd recommend searching for a used Alpine Ai-Net headunit and 6 or 12 disc changer to go along with it. Headunit models that start with CDA, CVA, or IVA will control CHA-624, 604 or 1214 changers.
Getting a single or double DIN radio in your 2010 Tuscon shouldn't be a problem.
Wiring diagrams for old Alpine gear is still available on their website.
