my buddys looking to buy a new amp but wont spend the $ for a decent 1. so my question to you is if anyone has any experience with planet audio amps? specifically the planet audio AP3000D model

I never said I liked them lol.

If you buy planet look at the big bang amps on ebay from a few years ago that are refurbs..very cheap and yet still decent.

i did notice that a 3500w at 1 ohm amp was tipping 200 bucks. thats cheaper than audiopipe lulz. might buy one in the future to clamp it

do you guys know how the 1600.4 anarchy amp would go? shows pretty good out put. I've been pretty curious about their amps as well. is the TORQ line worth what its worth?

I suggest looking for the VX line,the TT line, the BB(big bang) that look like old memphis amps, the BB with the logo to the left...

If you want some help with which I'm talking about I can post links to some ebay auctions for verification of what I'm talking about..

according to planet audios rating i believe it was like 1200@4ohm 1500@2ohm and 3000@1ohm, but thats not to say that there not overated
