true thats what i was wondering. i didnt know if they were overated. do you know anything about the uprgrade they did on the """High Efficient""" power acoustik ovn 5500d.(im not a PA fan). They said made it more efficient and they up'd the fuse rating to 200a instead of 140a like all the other PA amps.

Theres a guy on craigslist near me that sell a bunch of car audio stuff mainly soundstorm ssl, pro logic, super pro box and planet audio. He is telling me that 2 AC3000.1 for $400.00 would be the best amps for my SA-12s. Well this weekend im trying to get him to meet up with me so i can half *** bench test one with a clamp and dmm. I'll let you know how it goes.
