the premier 860 is really all you need. 6.5v preouts, time alignment...etc. all for less than $350

i was debating whether to get the alpine combo or p9 and ended up with the p9. i hate the fact you need a controller (separate from hu). i was gonna use that with my old rf 8250 but decided the p9 is just simpler and looks sweet. i wouldnt recommend you buying either just yet if you've never done some serious tuning. get your feet wet with an 860 or get the p9 and have someone help you a bit.

if you hold on to the the SOUND button Pro Mode will come ON/OFF

On my cd8443, once Pro Mode is engaged- Non fader, balance, and fader are not accessible from the left rotary push button- just bass, treble

You also defeat the graphic EQ, and engage access to the Parametric

Sometimes i dont trust ebay, especially when i have to buy something over $100.

Oh, and for the pro mode, this is only for Pioneer H/U's right?
