Pioneer Wiring Harness Switch???

I currently have a AVH-P2300dvd. It is still hooked up. I bought a Pioneer SPH-DA120 today that did not have a wiring harness with it (power cord). My question is can I just swap out the head units with out buying a new harness for the SPH-DA120? And if so I can I bypass the parking brake as it is not bypassed now?
