Pioneer VS Premier

What are the differences between similiar/equal models of Pioneer and Premier head units?

e.g 7400mp vs Premier's 740mp

The only thing i notice is extra warranty and another preout.

I can't seem to find a place around here that has Premiers. Hows the touch/feel/quality of the materials?

The only things I can remember Jmac sayin was that the premiers had a better build quality and a lil better features. Im not totally sure though.

Premier also has higher pre amps, and additional screen savers, and I think they have a remote an r the others don't.

the Preimier stuff has nhigher quality components, better features, more screen savers, higher preout voltages and a 2 year warranty versus a 1 year warranty...

plus, many of the cheap plasticy parts of the Pioneers are replaced with brushed aluminum or otehr metals... overall definitely worht teh price difference...
