Sold Pioneer TS-W2000SPL

Mint 12" Pioneer TS-W2000SPL. Bought in August but didn't install until February. Bought from an authorized local dealer, still has warranty. This thing has been babied since I installed it, have only been running it with 400 watts. I paid about $300 CAN for this so I'm looking to get in the $150 USD area. Open to offers as well.
