Pioneer stereo turns off when engine started???

Hello, I have an 03 Chevy Silverado. About 2 months ago, I installed a Pioneer DEH-P5000UB and it has been working great.

On Monday I went to start my car at work and the battery was flat lined. I jumped it and had to jump it again later in the week. I think my stereo is killing my battery.

Now I have another problem, when I put the ignition to ACC, the stereo works as normal but when I start the engine the stereo starts to work but quickly turns off (within the first 5 seconds).

Can anyone help? I have checked it with a volt meter yet.
