What needs to be here?
My friend has recently bought a new system to go in his Ford F-150 extended cab pickup and so far he has a Pioneer DEH-P4500MP, Pioneer Rev 6x8's, and two Pioneer Premier Subwoofers....Here's the link to the subwoofers....

These subs are going to be power by a Profile California CA1200 amplifier. The subs will be getting their recommended power so I was wondering what would be a good box for these, as in what size. The box will also need to be sealed as well. Any help is appreciated, thanx in advance.

lol alright, all were wanting to know is a good size for the box as in cubic feet, all the rest I can figure on my own using various numbers and a calculator. We just need to know what a good size for airspace for these subs is. They recommend 1.5.

Yea the thing is, were not strapped for space, it can in fact take up the entire back seat of the ford if we want it to. That is about 3 feet by 6 feet by 4 feet or so

He said he wanted something that he could remove if he wanted to and something that would go really low. So I suggested a medium sized sealed box. Was I wrong. If we were going to make a sealed box that would just sit in something like the seat or something which is what he had planned, then what would be a good size with the 400 watts rms.

Also the I forgot to mention that the backseat bench folds forward so you have about 2 1/2 foot from the back to the back of the front seats, about 5 1/2 feet across and up to the back window or a little above so maybe 3 feet.

Ok new plans then. Is there any way you can get me the theile small perameters on it. I have access to Winisd pro but that sub isnt listed. I think im gonna suggest a small ported box then. It doesnt have to be huge, were not looking for anything ground pounding just something for a daily driver. Im thinkin maybe about a 3 cu ft box or less tuned to about 30 hz with two slot ports on either side of the subs sharing the same airspace. How does that sound?
