Pioneer Premier P930-940 etc.

Hi,

I am back into car stereo after a long break. I'm building my first all new system in 5 years. I really like the Premier line. I see used P930s 1 year old and due for a change. Also - seems older models have a face-plate power cable-shorting problem as they age? Newer ones too?

Yeah, Elcipse is likely the greatest, and Alpines rock too - but I've listened and checked them out and like the Premier sound best, just me.
