pioneer ipod adapter not working

Hi, i have the new pioneer ipod adapter hooked up to my 7800. When i select the ipod on the source selection the songs show up but they dont play. Also when it is on shuffle mode, the songs just go through the entire playlist/album without playing. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

I have your setup with the 880prs deck though, so Ill take some guesses and others can chime in if they know----is the volume turned off on the ipod? Is it on pause (mine does this sometimes for whatever reason), the ipod adapter is hooked up correctly? These are obvious one I could think off to start

yeah, it works so slowly anyways. I would love if they would find a way to upgrade it firmware wise.

I had the exact problem. The songs showed but and you can choose them, but there was no sound. Make sure the IP bus cable on the adapter is on the black, and the blue end is to the deck.
