Pioneer Install ?

I have a Pioneer head unit,pioneer amp,and pioneer speakers but I dont know how to wire them up. Could any body help? I do not know much about car audio.

DEH-6600 Head Unit

GM-X862 Amp

TS-A1680R 6.5" 220w 4way

TS-A6980R 6X9 350w 4way
