Pioneer in dash CD changer

I was surfing the elite forums and came across a guy with a pioneer premier in dash 6 disc changer. A quick google revealed few sources with information in english and the changer is not on pioneer america's website. Is there anywhere I could purchase this changer? I'm very interested in it as I won't have to worry about placement of a large 6 disc changer and I can change the discs right from the drivers seat.
