Pioneer head unit defaults to bank 2 of Sirius XM every time.

Hello, new to the forum. I have a Pioneer AVH-W4500NEX head unit I purchased several years ago. Several months ago upon starting the vehicle, it began defaulting to Sirius XM, bank 2, channel 1 preset every time. I can change it no problem but its aggravating.
Also, when listening to the USB thumb drive, upon startup, it defaults to the same song every time. Don't recall saving any default settings and have tried all the variations of shuffle mode and replay modes to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
