Pioneer DEHX6600BT Bluetooth Issue

I recently installed a Pioneer 6600BT in my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I'm having a bluetooth issue while making phone calls. My phone is paired to the unit and plays music via bluetooth very well. The strange part is when a call comes or if I place a call I can't hear sound on my end while the person I'm calling can hear me just fine. I have tried four different phones (iphone and android) with the same result. All of them play music via bluetooth but can't hear conversations while making phone calls. I have gone through every setting on the unit and in my phone and out of ideas. Thought I would ask here before I pack it up and send it back. Thanks for the help.
