No and you can't find them. You'll need an amp for that kind of output.

not really. A headunit can not create more voltage than the 14 Volts it receives from your car without some sort of other amplification. this limits output to about 20 watts at the speaker level outputs with a 4 ohm speaker

That's crazy with the size of these mini amps (nvx, rockford) they could make a break away box that mounted under your dash

normally you have those mini amps hooked behind your head unit if you want 45-50 rms.

JL micro amp is your best bet puts out 45 watts

A couple of years back Panasonic (Panasonic MXE CQ-C9800U) had some 60 RMS HU's. If you get an Alpine, you could run the Alpine Power pack@ 45 x 4 RMS, and it can be bridge to 90 x 2 RMS.

The Power Pack is small enough to be mounted near the HU.

Mini amp sounds great if I can hide it, but who makes good mini amps? I looked for those jl mini amps but all that came up was jl mini subs..
