Pioneer Blown Pre-Outs?

I posted a message earlier about my amp not working, but i think i may have found the source of my problem. When I tried to check the voltage coming out of my pre-outs (both front and rear) it showed 0 volts. I dont have a separate pre-out for my sub so i just use the rear preout.

The preout worked for an earlier install last month and all of a sudden it just didnt work when i tried the new amp. So i dont know how this may have happened.

Im just wondering if its possible to get it fixed for a reasonable price or if its a reasonably easy DIY thing.

thanks for any help

PS. Deck is Pioneer DEH-4600MP

i guess its time for a new H/U then. I wasnt particularly fond of the Pioneer 4600, but i also dont want to spend the extra money for a new deck. I guess i have no choice then.
