Need A New I-Pod Ready HU, Help Me Out

I have an Alpine 9855 in my truck right now and need to get something new. It uses one of those modulator boxes and has a long delay when using my ipod, and the artist and song select feature with the static bar is clumsy and a pain. I would go with the new alpine 9857 but it doesnt tilt. Basically I am looking for the best iPod ready headunit. It needs to be fast, as in real time/no delay song selecting. I want something with a very easy song search interface. And it has to tilt out too to match the lines of my dash. I'm open to just about any brand so long as it fits the requirements. I dont want an LCD flip out screen, i just want the best iPod ready standard headunit. Spending limit around $700

The new Kenwoods are supposed to be pretty smooth with Ipods.

Yeah the Eclipse AVN's are supposed to be faster.

I have the AVN6600 w/Ipod and it is great, I had the kenwood before and like it as well. I would think you would be okay with either brand. I still have my Kenwood IPOD adapter, and would sell it if interested.
