The pioneer avic n3 is stuck in program updating and it keeps failing. I installed two brand new disc, I tried resting the unit and uploading it also does not get me unstuck. Please help me with this problem

I use Waze on my 1500 NEX. The one time I did have issues I had to delete weblink and redownload it. I have location to "while using" on weblink app.
