Pioneer AVIC-D3

Does anyone know if you can hook up a TV tuner to this pioneer???? and if so which TV tuner you would suggest.....

I looked into this when i had my d3. I found out that every tuner i researched had horrible reception while moving. I always wanted to watch the news on my way to work, and with poor reception it would have defeated the point of having the tuner. So i never did buy one.
