Pioneer AVH4400BH restarting when I start the car.

Ok ket me see if I can explain this correctly. When I start my car the radio turns on and just before it begins to play music (dosent matter if it's ipod,xm or any audio source ) the radio reboots itself and then it plays what ever source I had it on when I shut the car off. It just a tarter doing this within the last couple weeks. Also sometimes when I start the car and it is on XM the audio fades in and out like it is trying to lock into that particular channel. The only way to fox this is to power off the unit and restart it.

Any thoughts as to what is going on with this thing?
