i'd go with 880. i don't do the blue tooth and it isn't worth the extra money for pretty graphics

well how much of a difference? i mean if they are the same exact price then logic would tell to get the 980

if you like flashy, and the bluetooth feature, get the 980

if you like tons of adjustments for sq, plain look and no flashy bullshit, get the 880

the 880 has independent L/R eq. don't think the 980 does.

you're right it doesn't. good catch. in that case i'd go for the 880 if bluetooth isn't major important too you

it means you have dual eq's. a 16 band eq for the right, and a 16 band eq for the left for a total of 32 bands of eq

well, if you don't need the bluetooth, i'd get the 880

depending on the price you're getting them for though, the 980 may be able to be re-sold for more $
