That is our custom frame, and we own the patent on it. You are not allowed to use or even market with it, and if you do we will promptly take legal action. I am notifying both our patent attorney and in house legal counsel of this issue.
I also respectfully request that the admin of this forum close this thread.

I regretfully announce this matter publicly because it was brought to my attention publicly without any permission or requires to our party.

I would like the author of this thread to email me directly to resolve this issue.

I'm pretty sure you cant patent a DESIGN for something...

I know for a fact that you cant patent a circuit diagram, only the actual physical drawing, and PCB layout...

whats my opinion? that you cant patent a circuit diagram? that the design of that basket is nothing special? neither of those are my opinion, they are both fact...

is your business doing so badly, that you have to attempt to sue someone for apparently copying your design?

I have a feeling they would have just bought the baskets already made, they stole nothing, you dont make them yourself, maybe you should contact whoever makes your parts?

why do you keep bringing up a design? did he say anything like..."WOW that looks exactly like our design" no he said that's our basket...its custom made to our specs and we own a patent for it b1tch

idk...i didn't design it most likely the landing for the spider is lower than the landing on your average basket...with that said what NOT special about it
