yeah 1/2" inch round over. I need to get a 3/4" but they are expensive. This will be my first attempt at a mirror piano black finish. I will post pics of the final product.

here is mine now, I built it bout 6 months ago. Now I have seen this thread and see how bad my box looks, so its all comin out this weekend or next. I am going to build new box anyway tuned little higher with a flared port. So will be opportunity to round all edges and paint it with shiny instead of the flekstone.

and here is box i built for AQ hdc315 painted black flekstone, inside painted white with neon light, rounded edges and seams filled in a little better than first box
