Waste wood? Dude it's like $25 for a SHEET of it

It doesn't seem hard to me. You need a table saw and make sure you set your depth and spacing correct. Once you make the cuts you just apply the clamps and bend(or just straight up mount it). Most people I see will apply a coat of FG resin afterwards. Their's ton's of writeups about it....

i practiced with scrap wood b4 i tried it. its not too hard.

I bought the hammered texture from krylon, i think i'm ust going to return it for some cheaper cans of flat black... FBI, you sure you used flat black? Looks kinda glossy...

Anyone got pictures of boxes they have painted? Any color, would love to see it. I'm not sure what to use or even if i want to paint it. Help me out guys.

cuz every generic prefab box comes in carpet being different is good and you can tell its custom

Ok i remember i read it somewhere at sealing edge cuts of the mdf, so it wont soak up so much pain. I was 50/50 wood glue and water. i am right i tried searching but no luck

Sanding with a very high grit also help to stop the sponge effect of the cuts.
