I've been lurking here for a while so I figured i'd post my latest project. This will be my 3rd or 4th MDF box (i've done one fiberglass box) and I've gained a lot buildiing the first two and this one is my best so far I think.

This is sort of a budget project. This will be for 2 12" CVRs. I've had these around in the garage for a while so I figured I'd use them. I just ordered a Orion 1200d to power them as well as a set of Diamond d661 components. A friend of mine and I did one simmilar to that for 2 (old School) Kicker C-12-4s, to go in a Pontiac Sunbird that he had... Had 3 Rockford 2 Rockford Amps Flushed on the back of the box and a big one flushed into the Floor of the Trunk...

Yeah the edge is rounded off. Just got a router so I had to try it out. I will probably round off the top edge too, just to soften it up a little bit. I ran out of MDF, that's why it doesn't have a top on it yet. I have to run and get another sheet later today.
