pics of blowthroughs through the back window

ive seen a few pics of trucks with a topper on them (not a flat cover) and they built a box and remove the back window, and the box/port fires through there, not cutting a whole in the actual cab sheet metal or anything. i cant seem to find any pics of those kinds of blowthroughs, im sure someone has some pics though. post em up.

as far as I knew he had 4 sonotubes, 1 per sub and only had the back glass out. Accordian around that.
