*pics* finished install in trunk

So here she is. My 15" SX in a 4cuft 32hz box taking up my entire trunk. I had to mount the amp on tope of it because there was no other solution. Other wise I wouldn't because it's supposted to be bad fort he amp, but I'm not worried about it.

And behind the box is the speaker amp and crossovers.

I'm pretty much done. I have to deaden the trunk lid because it rattle really bad, but other than that is sounds great. I'm not going to cover the sub box, I like the raw loook.

The sub sounds great. Real clean and hit hits so fvcking hard and loud.It's awsome.

review on how the whole system sounds? Looks nice tho. I personally think you should have carpeted but like you said in your post, you don't want to. I guess its personal opinion there.

looks like a strudy box. but completely bare MDF sitiing in the middle of a trunk with an amp slapped on top?

looks better than some setups ive had in my car, admittedly, but i never called them "nice" or "finished"

Agree! But he did say he likes the raw look. I personally would at least carpet it.

haha. yeah it just doesn't matter to me if it's carpeted or not. The bare MDF gives it that "yeah, I made it" look when compaired to all my friends who's boxer have been bought.

Ok, more pics. I finished up the big 3 upgrades with some 2 awg wire. I'll get a yellow top very soon. But for now I hope the battery hold up. I bought it around half a year ago, but it's pretty small.

And here's a peak at the rest of my engine, you can see the wire going from the battery to the alt.

And the fuse for the power wire to the amps. This fuse holder from knuKonsepz is HUGE!

Nice lookin box man. Not trying to talk chit at all, but imo not that great of an install. Oh, and if anyone else notices that a 250amp fuse is too big for my 2awg wire, I've already ordered a new one. I'm an idiot and ordered the wrong size, it was free with the fuse holder but now I have to pay $10 for the new one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif.
