Since I am going to use it once not sure if im gonna paint/cover it etc.. or make a floor for the amps.. we will see.. let me know what you think.. had about 4hrs into it with all the breaks and stuff.. not to bad..

yea I should probably double layer that.. I thought about it before I built the box but never traced out a second layer for some reason.. good idea that definetly shouldve been done at the start.. thanks guys..

Ive never really done any installs in SUVs, etc.. but in my van I had better results sound and loudness wise firing back both port and sub.. im sure its different with each vehicle..

 
Well tomorrow im going to do the second baffle on the face.. any other suggestions from anyone? Just wondering, constructive criticism is welcome.. I want to know what everyone thinks.. Thanks again to everyone though..

in my experience with my suburban, it sounded much better to have port and subfacing the side walls of the car. ive tried all variations and to the side of the suv sounded the very best from the drivers seat.

 
I considered that, but I thought that in an suv its a better to fire back? Maybe im wrong.. hmm..

it will get loud but to get a couple more db's i was told sub up port back is the best way

for ur subs i would do 10 cubes sub up port back with 120 sqaure inch port tuned to 32hz...it should break 145 with no sweat..

 
Now I am considering tryin the other way, but I might have my buddy come over with his TL and see whats louder.. right now the box is a bit over 10 cubes total before displacement and I tuned to 45.. its going to be in there for one night, and then maybe moved to my van, not sure yet.. we will see.
