xenon's have a bad rep for breaking,make sure you get a warrenty

they sound good when they arent in for repairs

well the first run of xenon's had problems but they seemed to have worked them out. your gonna get the same amount of power from either of them. the xenon is more flexible since it makes rated power anywhere from 1-4 ohms. the directed is also a lot cheaper.
