OK yall i just got this and i have two 12" kicker L7's that i wanna hook up, before this, i had a hifonics bx1500d, and the bx1500d had 2 negative speaker terminals and 2 positive speaker terminals but the kx1200.1 has one of each... so how do i connect my 2 speakers?

also u guys with this setup i got, what do you got your gain and bass boost set to?

just hook both negatives to the one terminal and same to the other. read the gain setting tutorial. every headunit has different output and the gain is used to match the output from the headunit. bass boost sucks so don't use it.

im runnin my 1200.1 and 2 12 l7's. Hook up both positives together on the positive terminal, same with the negatives. As far as gain, ive got a 2 volt pioneer 6400 series cd player for now and i have my gain at like a little over 1/4'th of the dial and its still loud. i dont use my bass boost at all, it'll clip a signal too fast.

like mentioned earlier, if it's in a ported box yes you need to use it, if sealed then no.
