Alot of people wait and leave feedback like once a week for example. They just go down the list. But i know where your coming from. I sold an MT on ebay last year sometime and i never got feedback from the guy.

I dislike the fact that sellers can't leave negative feedback anymore. I had an idiot bid on one of my more expensive auctions, and he never did pay for the item.

well you cant get your paypal money until they do anyways..correct?

high priced items or items sold in certain categories like consumer electronics and a few others. if you upload your tracking number to paypal they will clear funds 3 days after its been delivered whether or not they leave feedback.

i thought i read something on here from another member if you refund the buyer 1 dollar it will clear instantly. cant confirm this though.

I always thought the holding funds thing was feedback related, not price and or category related. Either way, its BS, and Ive never had to deal with it thankfully.

feedback is one of the ways the funds will get cleared, but it doesnt have anything to do with why the funds are held. go to the help section in paypal and it explains all the different criteria for why funds are held and how to get them cleared quicker.
