Paypal E-Check Issue

I sent payment via paypal e-check on october 1st and it shouldve cleared yesterday October 5th

it states on my account that its still pending (uncleared)

I have money in my bank account...what is with the holdup?

has anyone experienced a delay with e-checks?

Someone sent me one a year or so back that took like 2 extra days over the posted date they claimed it would clear on paypal...

I send e-checks all the time.

If I send one to someone, the money is usually out of my bank account the next day. Paypal is usually pretty right on with the expected clearing date (has been with me anyway) though I have had one clear after 5pm on the expected date.

Never had an e-check canceled on me though, so I don't know how that all works.
