send paypal copies of the PMs where it says he is happy with it. You should when. Then post his name so we all know not to sell to him...cuz he sucks at life.

IT is me!

I bought the plate amp from him and when it got here I hooked it up......LED came on showing that it powered on. Hooked up some RCA's, put a speaker on it, got sound, so I put it back in the box it came in.

Now, I just got done building the box for my HT setup and hooked the plate amp back up......this time nothing! No LED to show any sign of life, nothing.......It died in the box.

Now, when I tested it the first time I had a 8 ohm speaker on it, so everything was cool.....when I hooked it up last night, I had no speaker on it....its just dead

Btw, is it even possible to hook it up wrong?? Power to power, RCA to RCA...... :???:

u tested it, it works and u told him so. It died in the box, that's pretty much on you. Perhaps u should destroy that amplifier killing box.

so how is that his fault?? You say yourself it worked fine when you got it, now it doesnt. What does that tell you exactly??

maybe you dropped it pretty hard or something. it worked the first time. stop being a douchebag

Pretty much. Now if you had played it for an hour straight then it crapped out, that would be a little different. But since it arrived, you tested it and it worked then you put it away, who knows how you handled it, what happened in the closet, or what you may or may not have done when you hooked it back up. Its all on you.

No but you should realize that it WORKED when you got it, therefore it is not the sellers fault at this point (1 month later) Who knows what the hell happened within that months time. Take some fckin responsibility.

as long as it worked that 15-20 seconds and did not die during that time. It'd be understandable of it worked then die as it was still playing. But that's not the case, u took it out, user error. Ur fault for not knowing how to unhook an amp

Yeap, good moral to remember.

Things don't die in boxes, they die when you take them out and **** up things hooking it back up - or **** up things when originally unhooking it to put it in the box again.

I have been loyal to everyone I have bought from in the past....hell, I bought a DD z1 from a member on here and it blew up 2 months later with nothing hooked to it, but I never went after him as I beat the shit out of the amp in those 2 months........

I am just saying that I got it, powered it up, tested it, and put it in the box in the closet that I don't use......wasn't touched for the past month
