Paypal Allows you to LEGALLY scam people!!!!

Actually, I found a site that lists information about some of the BS paypal has pulled.
Its pretty messed up.

someone tried to scam my wifes pp acoutn for 145..

Yes, if you read one of my previous posts on here, I had a similar situation in which I had to do a cc chargeback and paypal had my account -225. I just left it and opened a new account under my wifes name 3 years ago. Nothin on my credit report or from any collection agency. You will not be able to use any bank or cc accounts that were on your neg account though.

So basically you just left the account as was and never payed it...yyya, see i did that, and they sent collections after me

Must have had your SSN or phone number or something. I've had that for 2-3 years and never heard anything from collections or on my credit report.

I have had attempted scams twice... I won both. The buyers received the items then disputed months down the line without ever contacting me first. I sent Paypal all the tracking information and saved e-mails and I was favored both times. One was actually to an Unconfirmed address too, believe it or not.

So far so good... but I am very leery about non-verified payments and will not accept them unless I have alot of information about the buyer.
