Paypal Allows you to LEGALLY scam people!!!!

Well I just got off the phone with the Collections Agency looking for my money that KRISPY CREAM scammed me out of ($195). After our transaction was complete....3 months later he did a payment reversal... YOU WOULD THINK THERE IS A TIME LIMIT TO DO A F()CKING REVERSAL.

So I asked the lady on the phone if I should file a Police Report against this guy. She says no, by using paypal you agree to this possibly happening.

Then I said, "So you are telling me that I can make a living off of scamming people with this loophole in the worlds most secure online payment site!?" she says.... YEP, SORRY

How much fukin B.S. is that!!!

That mother Fuker even told me he was going to try and help me get my money back!!

Still get the cops involved F paypal. The cops can subpeona any info they want from paypal and they will have to cooperate.

Paypal is convenient but sucks for protection on both the buyer and sell side.

Collections called me...it wasn't really even paypal so....I knew shiznit was about to hit the fan so...nothing I can do..

And as far as gettin the cops involved..I dont think it will matter since I guess we all agree to that contract when we sign up for paypal.

But yea.. I dont think I will EVER use Paypal again.. that is just WAYYY to easy of a scam. I even asked the lady, "what if this was a $10,000 product I bought, he can just click cancel payment 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETE!! and get away with it?" she said, "well then you would owe us $10,000!!!!"

im just curious as to why they even called me, from the INFO she gave me, they already have my bank account on record, they have my C.C. on file...so why the fuk as me if they can charge me... obviously I didnt have a frickin choice in the first place.

That is whack, gettin screwed outta the 2 bills and getting a collection for it. Sometimes its worth the price of a bus/plane ticket to go punch somebody in the mouth over a raw deal!
