Patio door frame loose

My patio door's frame is loose around the glass,looks as if it was held together by some adhesive.Anybody know what kind it takes to get it to seal again?

could possibly be construction adhesive, but I don't see it too often tho. Many times there is great stuff and silicone filling in the gaps to keep the air out

Try GE window and door silicone.. most hardware stores carry it.
