Passive crossovers

Looking for a set of 4ohm passive crossovers that will work well with Hertz H25 tweets paired with some RE 6.5C mids. Thinking something that crosses at 3-3.5khz should be good. I'm trying to keep it reasonably cheap, I've seen some that will work ok in the $30 range but I wanted to see what was around here first.
