well, truth be told she only really served 3 days and not even a full 3 days. It makes me sick that i get treated like a pos in court but this shit goes on. If i get 40+ days here im going off to the branch there is no phisical dispute about it... I could be on my last breath dieing of cancer and it wouldnt matter... Normal people get sent to jail without reguard of medical conditions specially mental... It really makes me sick that i have an awesome lawyer considered one of the best 100 in the states and i still get shit from the courts... its all money based... if you can pay someone off u will get off.. look at OJ

and to clairify i dont hope she dies, i jsut hope she doesnt drink and drive again cause it could potentially harm a child who did nothing to get such a punishment. I'm glad she got over on the courts im happy any time anyone does for the most part except for murderers and rapests... i just think its bullshit that i fight a case for 3 years in the california legal system and still get shit after being proven innocent and made to stay on probation cause of a bad ruling in the first place, oh well tho... vary odd how much alike the california justice system that ca.com is....
