Anyone had problems with shipping at Knu?

I made an order on the 16th of May, had to send 2 emails to get a respone and he asked me for my order number.. IDK what my order number was, its not week 3 so I believe I am going to have to file a despute before the thirty days.

I sent him an email back telling him I didnt know but showed him a copy of my statement as well as my PP statement.

Just sent another telling them this time if I dont hear back I am filing a dispute..

If it was for me I wouldnt care if it took to long but its for a friend that was just trying to save some money rather than going to best buy.

theyre usually really good with shipping...i can usually order something one day and it will be here the next...but thats because im in ohio. Just give him the info he needs and he should take care of you...just sounds like he lost an invoice or something

btw, i believe its him and like one other guy running the business (no other employees) someone correct me if im wrong on that

edit: he's on this forum...so maybe pm him or call him, # should be on the site

They are so good about everything from what I've experienced. One of, if not the best "internet companies" out there.

when i first ordered, it took a while, i called up, they said they were sorry and i got a follow up package with 2 fuse holders, 2 fuses and some of the 1/0 set screw terminals for free...not many companies will send you $50+ dollars in freebies for a mistake...

Alright I called today, and got everything straightened out.

Let me first say it was my mistake, when I ordered through paypal it gives you a button to click to go back to there screen and confirm there bid and get an order number, and I didn't do that.

They answered everyone of my emails but they went to my junk mail..

Let me say after about the 5th email I was a little frustrated and wasn't real nice. When I called he knew exactly who I was and was very nice, I apologized for me being rude and also let him know I would follow you guys up so noone thought that there had been a problem on his part.

So everything is taken care of, Knu FTW!
